Merry Christmas from Korea!

christmas_party

It was a low-key Christmas Day for us. The grounds were glistening white and beautiful, but it was freezing cold outside. We opened gifts on Christmas Eve. Everyone got some stocking favors, and I got a beautiful violin from Clint. We spent Christmas Day cooking lunch and feasted til the tryptophan kicked in and nap time took over.

We definitely missed our family this year. It’s not the same going to Christmas mass without dressing up with my sisters. But I am glad we’ve made new friends here in Gunsan and of course, Clint always makes it feel like home.

Merry Christmas, everyone!
